NFR & Holiday Business Operations

Holidays are right around the corner! Please note how this will affect our business operations and ability to fulfill your custom orders.

  1. Any standard orders placed as of November 5, 2024 will not be finished until after January 6, 2025.

  2. No rush orders will be taken between November 11th and December 16th.

  3. We will not be accepting any virtual fittings between November 11, 2024 and January 6, 2025.

  4. Our shop will be closed from December 23, 2024 to January6, 2025.

CUSTOM BARREL SADDLE ORDERS

Current Custom Saddle Wait Time: 8 Weeks

Policy Update: Kenzi Pogue is the official contact for all custom orders and questions for Robbie Phillips Custom Saddlery. All calls and emails received by Robbie will be redirected to Kenzi. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we do our best to streamline your order experience.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

This policy has been updated as of 11/21/24 and covers all previously made and future made saddles. It is your responsibility to read our policy incase you have any issues with your custom saddle. Please, reach out to us via email if you have any questions or need assistance.

All returns are accepted on a case by case basis, and no returns are eligible for partial or full refunds. If you went through the fitting process with Robbie and it did not work, he will work with you to remake or find the right saddle to exchange yours with. If you wish to return your saddle in exchange for another, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the saddle. Please include details of the issues you are experiencing. We highly recommend you do a virtual fitting when placing the order, if you are unsure of the fit. We will not take saddles back if you order based on independent saddle fitters’ or someone else’s recommendation that is not associated with Robbie Phillips Saddlery. Fittings are free when an order is placed, please, take advantage of that opportunity.

It’s rare that we have saddles in stock, so expect a waiting period while your new saddle is being made. If Robbie feels as though your horse may difficult to fit, he may require to see your horse in person to ensure the fit will be correct.

Saddles must be in new condition with no damage or major signs of wear to be eligible for returns and exchanges. Any saddle with personalization is NOT eligible for returns and exchanges, no exceptions. Personalization includes initials, brands, etc permanently placed on the saddle via tooling, stamping, or paint.

Order Deposits

Deposits are due when you place your order. They must be paid through the website using the "Pay Your Deposit" button on this page. Deposits will not be accepted through PayPal or check payments.

Ordering Your Custom Saddle

We recommend completing the custom order form on a computer for the smoothest experience.

If you plan on submitting photos for a virtual saddle fitting, please leave the Tree & Bar section blank and skip over it.

After you submit an order form, you will need to verify your email address in order to complete the process. A verification email will automatically be sent to the address you’ve provided. Once your email has been verified, a copy of your order form will be sent to you and the Robbie Phillips team.

Please revisit this page to pay the $250 deposit after you’ve verified your email address. Deposits are non refundable and must be paid at the time your order is placed.

All rush orders must have the "yes" box checked on the order form.

RUSH ORDERS

Custom saddle orders can be completed within 4-5 weeks if a rush fee is submitted with your deposit and order form. Rushed order fees are an additional $250 and non refundable. No changes can be made to a rushed custom order.

CUSTOM ORDER CHANGES

Changes to your custom order can be made up to two weeks after submitting your order form. Please note, the total cost of your custom saddle and wait time will vary. If you’d like to request a change to your order, please email us at robbiephillipssaddlery@gmail.com. 

SPECIALTY DESIGNS & REQUESTS

Use the Specialty Design Requests box if you’d like any of the following on your custom saddle:

  • Spinal Relief Fit (no additional charge)

  • Leather Latigos & Billets (+$45)

  • Nettles Stirrups (+$195)

  • Matching Breast Collar (+$100-$300 depending on style & saddle design)

  • Other Custom Requests & Designs (pricing varies)

NEW! Custom Breast Collars

Robbie Phillips Saddlery is now offering custom gladiator style and regular fit breast collars. Add a matching breast collar to your custom saddle order by leaving a note in the Specialty Design Requests box of your order form. You can also order a breast collar at anytime by contacting us at robbiephillipssaddlery.com. Pricing varies.
