RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

This policy has been updated as of November 21, 2024 and covers all previously made and future made Robbie Phillips saddles. It is your responsibility to read our policy incase you have any issues with your custom saddle. Please, reach out to us via email if you have any questions or need assistance.

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your saddle in order to be considered for a return or an exchange. 

  • All returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. No returns are eligible for partial or full refunds.

  • Saddles must be in new condition with no damage or major signs of wear to be eligible for returns and exchanges.

  • Any saddle with personalization is NOT eligible for returns and exchanges, no exceptions. (Personalization includes initials, brands, etc. permanently placed on the saddle via tooling, stamping, or paint).

  • Any saddle with a customized tree, is not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Saddle Fit Issues:
We are not responsible for misinformation and saddle fit recommendations provided by independent fitters or anyone who is not associated with the Robbie Phillips Saddlery team. If you chose a size for your saddle based off recommendations provided outside of our company and are unhappy with the result, we will not take the saddle back.

We highly recommend that you get a FREE fitting with Robbie when initially placing your order.

If you went through the fitting process with Robbie and the saddle does not fit, he will work with you to remake your saddle or find one that fits properly to exchange yours with. If Robbie feels as though your horse may be difficult to fit, he may require to see your horse in person to ensure the fit will be correct.

It’s rare that we have saddles in stock, so expect a waiting period while your new saddle is being made.

  • Please include details of the issues you are experiencing

  • Receive return authorization

  • Ship saddle

  • Receive new saddle
